The idea was to organize an event for people and projects in our network like what could happen in the future Baumhaus project and event space we wanted to build.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #808000;\">A festival to connect various dimensions of local change &#8211; p.e.a.c.e.s. of sustainability <\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The emergent festival focusses on exploring themes around six dimensions of sustainability: <span style=\"color: #808000;\"><strong>PERSONAL <\/strong><\/span>who am i, where am i at in my life, where do i want to be and how do i get there? how do we find balance in our personal lives and become active actors of change? <span style=\"color: #808000;\"><strong>ECOLOGICAL <\/strong><\/span>how can we make change so that we live in balance with the ecosystem that supports life on the planet? <span style=\"color: #808000;\"><strong>AESTHETIC <\/strong><\/span>how can we understand and be in touch with the many ways it\u2019s possible to sense the world? <span style=\"color: #808000;\"><strong>CULTURAL <\/strong><\/span>how do we appreciate and learn from our differences but also focus on what we have in common? <span style=\"color: #808000;\"><strong>ECONOMIC <\/strong><\/span>how can we create and maintain more balanced systems of organizing ourselves to live humanely together? <span style=\"color: #808000;\"><strong>SOCIAL <\/strong><\/span>how can we learn to communicate with each other so that we can truly understand each other and work collaboratively to support each other?<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #808000;\"><strong>&#8220;Emergence&#8221; ist the process of collective collaborative intelligence manifesting itself. What&#8217;s emerging in Berlin is new ways we relate to each other, nature and ourselves: local sustainablity being built from the bottom-up&#8230; <\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>[:de]<strong>Seit 2013 bringt unser selbstorganisiertes Festival lokale Projekte &amp; Menschen zusammen, die sich in Berlin f\u00fcr die Transformation zur Nachhaltigkeit engagieren wollen &#8211; jedes Jahr, in einer informellen &amp; inspirierenden Atmosph\u00e4re.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Emergent Berlin 2014\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/110886116?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"660\" height=\"371\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #808000;\"><strong>Hintergrund<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Gestartet wurde das das Festival 2013 von einer Gruppe von Menschen rund ums Baumhausprojekt, einer sozio-kulturellen Initiative in Berlin-Wedding, die Nachbar*innen und lokale Akteur*innen des Wandels zusammenbringen, verbinden und unterst\u00fctzen will. Die Idee war gemeinsam mit unserem Netzwerk eine Veranstaltung zu organisieren, die so ist, wie wir uns zuk\u00fcnftige Veranstaltungen im Baumhaus-Projektraum (den es damals noch nicht gab, den wir aber bauen wollten) vorstellten.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><span style=\"color: #808000;\">Ein Fest um verschiedene Dimensionen von lokalem Wandel zu verbinden &#8211; Perspektiven (p.e.a.c.e.s.) von Nachhaltigkeit<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Emergent Berlin l\u00e4dt ein, Themen rund um die lokale Transformation zur Nachhaltigkeit aus sechs Perspektiven zu erforschen:\u00a0 <span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #808000;\">PERSONAL (pers\u00f6nlich)<\/span> <\/strong><\/span>Wer bin ich, wo stehe ich in meinem Leben, wo will ich sein und wie komme ich dahin? Wie kann ich mich gut um mich selbst k\u00fcmmern und ein ausgewogenes und befriedigendes Leben f\u00fchren? <span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #808000;\">ECOLOGICAL (\u00f6kologisch)<\/span> <\/strong><\/span>Wie k\u00f6nnen wir im Gleichgewicht mit dem \u00d6kosystem leben und das Leben auf diesem Planeten sch\u00fctzen? <span style=\"color: #808000;\"><strong>AESTHETIC (\u00e4sthetisch) <\/strong><\/span>Wie k\u00f6nnen wir die Welt wahrnehmen, wie k\u00f6nnen wir im Alltag mit den verschiedene M\u00f6glichkeiten die Welt wahrzunehmen in Verbindung sein? <span style=\"color: #808000;\"><strong>CULTURAL (kulturell) <\/strong><\/span>Wie k\u00f6nnen wir unsere Unterschiede anerkennen und wertsch\u00e4tzen und auch auf das fokussieren, was uns verbindet? <span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #808000;\">ECONOMIC (\u00f6konomisch)<\/span> <\/strong><\/span>Wie kommen wir voran hin zu einer besseren Art und Weise des Produzierens und Konsumierens, menschlicher und Zero Waste? <span style=\"color: #808000;\"><strong>SOCIAL (sozial) <\/strong><\/span>Wie k\u00f6nnen wir besser miteinander kommunizieren, uns verstehen, zusammenarbeiten und einander unterst\u00fctzen?<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #808000;\">&#8220;Emergence&#8221; ist the process of collective collaborative intelligence manifesting itself.
