PLACES are opening up new realms for action, creativity, education and exchange. Zoom in on projects that are making a positive contribution to our global community. PEOPLE are doing inspiring and exciting things. Get up close and personal with individuals who are turning ideas into reality. BTTR is where their STORIES are told. Denn das sind die Forderungen und Ziele von Extinction Rebellion, der Bewegung die im Sp\u00e4tsommer 2018 in Gro\u00dfbritannien gestartet wurde. Ich habe als Trainerin f\u00fcr Gewaltfreie Kommunikation schon lange f\u00fcr den Wandel gearbeitet, als Fan von Gandhi und der amerikanischen B\u00fcrgerrechtsbewegung war mir sofort klar, das ich Teil einer gewaltfreien Rebellion sein will. After all, everyone deserves to eat better at fair prices, while respecting our farmers and environment! Die Konferenz Bits &amp; B\u00e4ume im November 2018 in Berlin hat gezeigt: Zivilgesellschaft und kritische Wissenschaft haben die Wissensgrundlagen, die Kompetenzen, die Weitsicht, den Willen und auch die Kraft, eine nachhaltige Digitalisierung mitzugestalten \u2013 wenn sie sich zusammenschliessen. By understanding that it is not the (physical) Planet who is in danger but rather the capability of future generations to prosper, the individual finds himself faced with the consequence of his actions through<br \/>\nthe experience of empathy. The flawed continuity throughout generations is not a new concept in our history, but the stakes for what we are bequeathing has never been so high. Constant need for external approval \u2013 by looking inward to find self-worth<\/p>\n<p>This class is not about creating a perfect painting. It is about the process of exploring the unknown, accepting imperfections and letting go of fear and shame. True creativity is born when we face the blank canvas without any expectations, or specific goals and allow the painting to unfold organically.<\/p>\n<p>Participants have the chance to work on any subject, emotion or thought they wish to explore. However, a general theme is always provided. A short guided meditation opens the practice and helps to relax the mind and the body. After all, everyone deserves to eat better at fair prices, while respecting our farmers and environment! Die Menschheit sollte ber\u00fccksichtigen, dass sie nicht die Erde an sich zerst\u00f6rt, sondern ehr die Neigung zuk\u00fcnftiger Generationen zum Wohlstand. Durch diese Aufstellung haben Leute die Gelegenheit einer Erfahrung Ihres Mitgef\u00fchls in Bezug auf die Umwelt zu haben aber auch in Bezug auf die Wahrnehmung anderer. Die mangelhafte Kontinuit\u00e4t \u00fcber Generationen hinweg ist kein neues Konzept in unserer Geschichte, aber der Einsatz f\u00fcr das, was wir hinterlassen, war noch nie so hoch. Wahre Kreativit\u00e4t entsteht, wenn wir ohne Erwartungen oder spezifische Ziele auf die leere Leinwand blicken und dem Gem\u00e4lde erlauben, sich organisch zu entfalten.<\/p>\n<p>Die Teilnehmer haben die M\u00f6glichkeit, an jedem Thema, jeder Emotion oder jedem Gedanken zu arbeiten, den sie erforschen m\u00f6chten. Es wird jedoch immer ein allgemeines Thema angegeben. Eine kurze gef\u00fchrte Meditation er\u00f6ffnet die Session und hilft dabei, K\u00f6rper und Geist zu entspannen.
