Discover the art of fermentation! In this workshop you will learn how to preserve vegetables, with only the addition of salt, in order to create a ‘living’ food. During this traditional, energy-conserving method of preservation, a variety of microorganisms settle simultaneously, the result of which is beneficial to your health. You will learn more about the details of lactofermented foods and other types of fermentation in the course. We will use vegetables that would otherwise be thrown away and wasted. The workshop will be held in English.
